Colton was extremely helpful in our search for a boat slip at Quayside. His knowledge and expertise of the marina, as well as his connections within it are what made it a no brainer to work with him. At the time of our search, there was nothing listed publicly. He was able to dig into his network and find a seller that was willing to sell to us privately. He has also worked with many of our referrals and all of our clients have been really pleased with his business acumen, strong work ethic and out of the box solutions.  Our family has enjoyed many beautiful days on our boat at Quayside because of his efforts and guidance.
